Penis enlargement is big business, and most men would admit that they’d prefer a little more down there. Pumps and stretching devices are great, but have you ever wondered if there is an exercise that you can do to workout your penis for extra size gains? Sounds too good to be true right? But that is exactly what jelqing is, and it works!
Jelqing is an age old method of increasing the size of your penis by using a simple hand exercise. It works by gradually pushing blood into the penis, causing it to expand larger that it usually would, similar to the way lifting weights pumps blood into the muscle causing the muscle to grow. The difference here is your getting the pump in your penis.Â
Even though there are no scientific studies confirming the efficacy of jelqing, it has been used by men for years to achieve a larger penis, and should be an essential exercise as part of your PE (penis enlargement)Â routine.Â
The warm up
To get the most out of jelqing the first step is to warm up your meat, This will prepare your penis for the exercise and help to prevent any injury. The aim is to get your cock warm loose and floppy. This can involve taking a hot bath and gently massaging and stretching your penis or by using the “warm towel” method.
Take a bowl of hot water and soak a towel in it. You don’t want the water to be so hot that you burn your dong . Wrap the hot towel around your penis and gently massage it for a few minutes. Repeat this step until your cock is warm, thick and floppy and ready to begin the process of becoming erect.
The wet jelq
This tecnique is called the wet jelq due to the use of lubricant. Any lube that doesn’t dry up will do, just use your favorite. To perform a wet jelq your penis should be partialy erect. Between 50% – 80%. The higher the erection level the more expansion you will get in the penis, but also the higher risk of injury, so if you are a beginner, start at around 50% and gradually increase the intensity over time.
To perform a jelq stroke, make an “OK” sign around the base of your semi erect shaft. Squeeze your penis and move your hand towards the glands in a milking motion, stopping just before you reach the head. Then swap hands and repeat the movement. Each jelq stroke should take between 2 – 4 seconds to complete and you should feel your penis start to expand and feel heavier in your hand as you draw blood into your shaft and helmet. If at any point your erection level starts to drop, take a break, get hard again and continue.
If you are new to jelqing, start with a routine of about 5 minutes jelqing at 50% erection level 4 days per week. As you become more experienced and your penis adapts to this exercise you can gradually increase you workout intensity to 20 – 25 mins with an erection level of up to 80% 5 times a week.

Risks and injury
Jelqing is perfectly safe and can be a very enjoyable part of your daily routine when practiced properly. Remember, you are not trying to crush your penis, just use enough firm pressure to ensure that enough blood is being milked into your member to cause and expansion. Do not over work your penis thinking that the more you work it the more gains you will get, the focus here is on quality strokes. Always perform the warm up and if you notice any pain, stop. Â
Red spots from jelqing
From time to time, you may notice some red spots or slight bruising on your penis shaft. This is quite normal, especially for inexperienced jelqers, and over time this will become less frequent. However, if you are experiencing severe brusing and red spots, it might be best to rethink your routine. It could be a sign that you are using too much force, have a too high erection level or are jelqing for too long.
How long before I can see results?
You will notice after your first jelqing session that your penis is hanging thicker and fuller with an  increased blood flow, and enhanced erection quality. These initial size gains will last for several hours (which is nice!). It is important to note that sustainable and permanent results require a long-term commitment to regular jelqing exercises. Consistently practicing jelqing over an extended period, usually several months or more, can lead to permanent gains in both length and girth.
